On Sunday 28th June at 11am, we invite you to discover three of Padua’s most fascinating and lesser-known spots.

A guided walk through the city’s three ancient Jewish cemeteries, an open-air tour spanning almost eight centuries of history, memory and culture. Amidst ancient gravestones and reminders of the past, we will retrace the history of Padua’s Jewish community through the stories of rabbis, doctors, intellectuals and political figures who contributed to the life and development of the city.

Following the guided tour, the places and people who were part of Padua’s Jewish community over the centuries will come to life once more thanks to “Racconti di Pietra”, the podcast that accompanies the tour with an engaging and moving narrative.

✨ An outdoor cultural experience, suitable for everyone, offering the chance to discover a rich historical heritage and see Padua from a different perspective.

The Synagogue

of Italian rite

The Italian rite Synagogue is undoubtedly among the must-visit places in Padua. Founded in 1548, still in use, embellished with elegant eighteenth-century furnishings.
